Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the rules of the store from which you downloaded the App.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account created through Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your access secure. You can delete your account at any time from Profile > Privacy & Data > Permanently Delete My Account.

4. Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal, and Payment

Vibe Or Bye Premium is offered as auto-renewable subscriptions (for example weekly, monthly, and yearly plans). The exact subscription title, duration, and price are shown in the App before you confirm a purchase and depend on your store and region.

• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews for the same period unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price for your selected plan.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Where a free trial or introductory offer is provided, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription that includes that content.

Purchases, billing, refunds, and renewals are handled by Apple or Google according to their terms. We do not process or store your payment card details.

5. Ads and Rewarded Content

The free version of the App may show ads, including rewarded ads that can be watched to unlock optional AI feedback. A Premium subscription removes ads. Advertising is provided through Google AdMob.

6. AI Feedback Disclaimer

The App may generate AI-based comments about your answers and results. This content is for entertainment and general reflection only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional relationship advice, and it should not be relied upon as such. Decisions you make based on the App are your own responsibility.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to disrupt or reverse engineer the service, access it through unauthorized means, upload unlawful or infringing content, or use it to harass or harm others.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, its content, design, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

9. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI feedback will be accurate.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Changes

We may update the App and these Terms as the service evolves. The latest version will be available on this page, and continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Premium; haftalık, aylık ve yıllık otomatik yenilenen aboneliklerle sunulur; fiyat ve süre satın almadan önce uygulamada gösterilir.
